How long will my delivery take ?

Programmes are normally posted by next day from order received and are posted first class by Royal Mail which should ensure customer receives delivery of order two-three days later.

How do I return my item ?

All programmes are posted in brand new condition from here,however if there is a problem from transit to customer receiving delivery,contact sales@gpfootball.com regarding returning programme. The programme will be replaced or funds refunded if no further copies of programme in stock.

How do I place an order ?

If you are a new customer go to MY ACCOUNT and register,once customer is registered then able to start purchasing programmes,once purchasing follow the basket system which clearly shows programmes purchasing and advises post & packing costs.

Is placing an order secure ?

Yes,all customer details received are stored by gpfootball.com and not issued to any third parties plus the financial part of the order is by PayPal only.

What payment methods do you accept ?

The online shop is linked to receiving payments by PayPal only,however if a customer wishes to pay by cheque or postal order,advise sales@gpfootball.com

Can I request an urgent delivery ?

Yes,advise sales@gpfootball.com your request.

What countries do you deliver to ?

We deliver football programmes worldwide,any customer requiring a costing for sending to a particular country,advise sales@gpfootball.com

Can I make a complaint ?
